Andata ("we", "our", "us") operates the Andata mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and phone number.
- Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID and associated profile information.
- Delivery addresses: address label, address line, city, state, and pincode, used to deliver your orders.
- Order and payment information: order history, items purchased, order status, and payment status. Payments made via Razorpay are processed by Razorpay directly; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
- Push notification token (FCM token): used to send you order updates and app notifications.
- Reviews and ratings: any reviews or ratings you submit for products.
- Loyalty program data: loyalty points earned and redeemed.

- To process payments securely through Razorpay

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, which may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google): for authentication and push notifications
- Razorpay: for payment processing
- Google Sign-In: for optional account login

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share your information with:
- Service providers (such as Razorpay and Firebase) strictly to provide app functionality
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, if required by law
